Financial Systems Trainer in New York, NY

An 18 month contract position is available in New York, New York for an experienced Financial Systems Trainer. Experience: Mandatory Requirements ? Hands-on knowledge of training methods and best practices for user training on application software ? Hands-on knowledge of training authoring tools/software ? Understanding of standard SDLC methodologies and training functions associated with the deployment phase ? Ability to work and motivate large audiences ? Strong written and verbal communication skills Education Required BA or Masters degree in MIS, computer science, education or related field from a recognized college or university or comparable experience. Experience Preferred ? Hands-on training of accounting, procurement or budgeting functions for a financial management ERP package. ? Hands-on authoring of ERP training curriculum or courses. Desirable Experience Listed in order of importance: ? 3 or more years training experience delivering training to large audiences ? 2 or more years experience creating (identifying and writing) training material for enterprise-class application software. ?
