This is a long term W2 contract position for 12 mos with the following skill set:
Ability to work in Windows-based GUI applications, specifically experience with incident/problem/asset management application administration. Examples of such applications: Peregrine, Remedy, IncidentMonitor, eESM - especially those that are ITIL compliant. Familiarity with workflow, field validation rules, and user/account administration concepts required.
