My client seeks an Application Support Analyst to assist users with access, troubleshooting, and training processes on a number of different systems. The individual will also assist with systems configuration, including planning, configuration, and testing of 3rd party applications.<p>
Support Functions:<br>
Perform analysis of end user issues and provide effective resolution<br>
Answer user inquiries and provide support<br>
Provide application training<p>
Systems Planning, Configuration, and Testing<br>
Assist in the development of new requirements and/or enhancement upgrades<br>
Assist in Configuration and Implementations<br>
Assist in the development and execution of test plans<p>
