Basic Function:
As part of M&T's Technology & Banking Operations, the Sr. Network Computing Analyst would be responsible for daily maintenance and support of the current production GroupWise, Tumbleweed SPAM, Anti-Virus and encryption systems, CA/iLumin e-mail Archiving and compliance systems, List Manager, SMTP Application Integration Services, GroupWise Web Access and Live Remote systems, BlackBerry device and infrastructure along with related applications and tools. In addition, this person will provide technical support for discretionary client project consulting, implementation and integration requirements.
Responsibilities:
Development and project management of upgrades, enhancements, patches and releases to the e-Mail Services systems and solutions. As well as client-based applications that interface with e-Mail Services.
Document technical procedures for the support and monitoring of GroupWise, Tumbleweed, CA/iLumin, List Manager, SMTP services, BlackBerry, GroupWise Web Access and Live Remote systems.
Development, maintenance and support of GroupWise, Tumbleweed, iLumin, List Manager, SMTP services, BlackBerry, GroupWise Web Access, and Live Remote systems.
Provide consulting assistance for business units and enterprise wide projects.
Develop, implement and/or assist in same for deployments of virus software, security updates, service packs and third party software updates to all e-Mail Services components.
Provide testing, certification and validation for all infrastructure component patches, releases, and other changes that support the e-Mail Services systems and solutions.
Provide general training, cross training, and "knowledge transfer" to lesser experienced personnel, support staff, peers, and business units where applicable.
Provide third level support for all e-Mail Services system components.
