Job Duties
-Communication
-Own and publish a master Pipeline document of all Messaging & Community Integration projects & initiatives
-Regularly communicate with project leaders and stakeholders to insure milestone schedules are being met
-Regularly communicate with business leads to insure deal requirements are being met
-Develop communications to internally promote Community initiatives
-Sales
-Attend presentation and creative development sessions with corporate clients and/or agencies and be ready to describe integration options and capabilities
-Promotions & Marketing
-Participate in development of promotional campaigns
-Participate in development of grass roots viral promotional campaigns
-Participate in development of employee promotion/education campaigns about all things related to Community
-Production/Operations
-Publish regular consolidated project updates
-Manage outside contractors as necessary - briefing, providing support, conveying schedules/deliverables, etc.
-Participate in development of development processes and operational solutions for support of partner integration
-Develop systems/strategies to improve information flow and tight communication

Technical Services Engineer- SQL Shell/Perl Scripting in NEW YORK, NY
The Technical Services Team in New York is responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales technical support for clients within the Americas. Pre-sales activity includes technical presentations, laptop installation and configuration, and setup for workshops for prospective clients. Post-sales includes installation and implementation of software at the client site, on-site hands on training and on-going technical support. In addition, the group also provides internal infrastructure support for the New York Business Center.
The job will focus on assisting clients with their technical questions via email, phone, web and some travel to their offices in the U.S; Providing support of interfaces and utilities to our application from our clients
Troubleshooting technical problems with our application that could be at the network, database, or environment level. Interested candidates should also have adequate knowledge of working with real-time and distributed processing systems involving middleware technology.
We continuously strive to improve support to customer service team and customers. You will interface extensively with customers during technical implementations and also be involved in trouble tracking and issue resolutions.
Experience: Required Skills
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
Must have sound experience with software installation and release management
. Strong experience in Relational database technology, entity relationship diagrams and able to create ad-hoc SQL statements
Able to write and debug shell/perl scripts
Basic knowledge of a programming language and constructs
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Citrix architecture, Windows networking and administration
Proven WINDOWS and UNIX troubleshooting skills; experience with LAN and WAN
Familiar with various middleware technologies and their integration methodology
* Helpdesk support for a custom built application
* Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Should be detail oriented and must have the ability to handle and organize multiple complex technical issues simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial software and/or finance field(front or back office)
* Database management experience in Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL; experience with database replication methodologies
Working knowledge of Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL database internals and data population procedures (dbadmin)
