Responsibilities will include:
. Capacity planning for determining appropriate server hardware, storage area network equipment and network infrastructure
. Project management of the deployment of the production and DR hardware
. Management of testing of DR fail over procedures
. Reviewing database maintenance procedures with DBA team
. Managing the design, development, testing and implementation interfaces with various applications including Geneva and others
. Designing and management of the development of migration programs for transition from NTAS system to Partner
. Implementing appropriate reporting tools required by users
. Designing and implementation of web based retrieval by clients and investors of statements and reports
Required Experience:
. Minimum of five years professional IT work experience
. Technology application development and deployment project management experience
. Previous experience working with systems administration and database administration staff
. Experience with databases and reporting tools
. Project management experience
. Experience working with users and ensuring that their functional needs are implemented and deployed
. Experience preparing project and test plans
. Experience managing software vendors
. Knowledge of finance specifically asset management, securities processing, hedge funds or mutual funds

. Coordinate application rollout schedules
. Facilitate user and development meetings
. Communicates with all levels of management regarding project information
. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation
. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with business partners, clients and GlobeOP Financial Services systems community. Assists business partners with new development projects, requirement definitions, enhancement projects for existing systems and system maintenance projects.
. Supervises and guides the design, development, testing and implementation activities for the entire project using structured methods /techniques.
. Develops, integrates and coordinates the scope of work, project schedule and project team.
. Monitors and tracks project progress according to the planned project deliverables and drives the efforts of the team required for successful delivery.
. Maintains current knowledge of application, information and technical architecture standards as well as industry-wide technical innovations.
Experience: The right Candidate should have:
. 3-5 years of Project Management experience
. Bachelors degree
