ERP Strategy is a multi year program. PMO Analyst in New York, NY
A large financial corporation located in downtown Manhattan seeks to bring on a Sr PMO Analyst for a full-time role.
The purpose of this role is to provide process management support for project and application managers, including broad high-level communication initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
. Oversee and monitor the FIC technology portfolio budget ensuring accurate spend and highlighting risks/issues
. Supervise the FIC technology programs to ensure transparency across the organization and develop consistent reporting metrics globally
. Work jointly with senior technology managers to develop business cases for new technology programs
. Provide support and oversight for the project governance process including new initiative planning and project schedules.
. Tailor Project Management processes, material, and tools to the Capital Markets Technology organization
. Establish and drive consistent and effective annual budgeting process.
. Promote awareness and provide support for the Project Management processes and tools.
. Manage group wide communication efforts, including intranet site content, senior management presentations, and Town Hall administration.
. Provide ad-hoc project reporting.
. Ensure consistency and best practices.
. Assist in business contingency planning within FICT
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
Leadership and Strategic Thinking
. Demonstrated ability to plan and bring complex projects to timely completion.
. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
. Ability to drive change across different parts of the organization
Technical
. 5-7 years experience in project coordination and management, ideally in a technology environment.
. Business analysis and/or project control and financial experience
. Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
. Ability to prepare consultant quality' presentations
. Clear, concise writing skills and creative thinking.
Business
. Solid experience with financial reporting and budgetary process.
Experience: All candidates must be US Citizens, EAD or Green Card Holders. Must be able to go directly to full-time.

Must have experience in the market and be prepared to execute in high pressure environment. Individual will work closely with regional function heads to plan and execute cross functional projects.

.This person will work independently with limited supervision.
.Create the relevant project and program planning documentation associated with meeting stated business requirements.
.Responsible for budgets, regular status reports and presentations as well as supporting product creation and operational turnover associated with programs/projects outlined.
.Excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies, also working with outside vendors as necessary to facilitate project deliverables.
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
.10+ years experience at an investment bank.
.Significant project management experience in a global environment, with complex stakeholder group.
Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
.Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
