Experience: RESPONSIBILITES:
. Document and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical requirements and processes;
. Support development of other project artifacts such as project plans, technical designs and test plan documentation;
. Collaborate and partner with other IT areas to monitor and improve best practices for business analysis methodologies and tools;
. Establish standards for analyzing software/vendor product functionality and recommended solutions to ensure compliance with business needs and requirements;
. Follow defined standards and methodologies of AXA's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMI program.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required;
. Minimum 5-7 years business analysis experience;
. Experience in large corporate environment within financial services a strong plus;
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
. Able to influence others and collaborate without direct authority across all levels of the organization;
. Demonstrate creative problem solving skills and leadership in developing business requirements.
