Qualitek Services has an immediate direct hire opening for an Corporate Accounting Manager with the CPA Certification and GAAP analysis experience in East Aurora, New York (NY).
REQUIRED SKILLS

Candidate must have a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting with at least 7 years of relevant accounting, auditing or financial reporting experience
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of U.S. GAAP is needed and a CPA license is required.
Must have excellent analytical, planning, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. The ability to exercise independent judgment and handle multiple concurrent projects is also needed.
Flexibility is required. Excellent verbal and written communication stills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manager of Corporate Accounting reports to the Assistant Corporate Controller.
This position is responsible for ensuring that the accounting and reporting of corporate matters is appropriate.
This position performs technical research on financial accounting and reporting matters and formulates alternatives that enable Corporate and Group Finance management to make accounting decisions that will meet the requirements of accounting principles generally accepted in the United States.
This position interprets accounting pronouncements from different bodies including FASB, EITF, IASB, AICPA, and SEC, and provides insights and guidance to accounting management on complex accounting transactions and issues.
This position is responsible for managing various projects on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities are dynamic, changing as the Company and its structure evolve and as the environment affecting accounting and financial reporting continues to become more regulated
Pay Rate: $90,000/year MAX DOE
