The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and aptitude for complex problem solving and testing products to specification. Candidate must be well organized, possess the flexibility and adaptability to work in a constantly changing environment, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education or experience in Product Development and Design, Systems Analysis or a related field not required, but a plus.
Responsibilities
• Learn the intricacies of the Netpak system and how our clients use it
• Provide first-line support to internal users: Problem solve and respond to product questions/issues, and escalate as necessary
• Test new software and bug fixes
• Assist in creating and executing test plans for both manual and QA testing
• Master various databases used by team
• Assist in managing and documenting product requirements for the team's use
• Learn the user's business need and apply this knowledge when designing and testing new products/features
• Demonstrate strong communication skills – both oral and written.
• Work on projects assigned within the team.
• Provide customer support to external users in accordance with all departmental guidelines.
