The ideal candidate is a team player who is excited about developing and maintaining high quality and efficient production systems.Responsibilities* Participate in architecting, designing, building, and testing content management solutions for web publishing platforms.* Provide technical direction at all stages of the content management lifecycle.* Evaluate solutions, recommend approaches, lead the design, and create solid technical executions for complex business systems.* Interact within an agile team environment.* Develop test strategies and work with QA in developing test plans.* Work with the business to support, define, and enhance content management implementations.Required Qualifications* Strong communication skills.* Experience in Interwoven Teamsite; Teamsite WorkFlow, OpenDeploy, advanced FormApi, and Configuration (2 years minimum).* Experience with JavaScript, HTML, JAVA, Perl, XML (4-6 years minimum) .* Ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment; proven ability to work in a team.* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent software development experience.* Familiarity with the Unix Operating System.Desired Qualifications* Experience developing clear technical documentation preferred.* Experience with client side rich applications using AJAX or Flash is a plus* Experience with PHP and Drupal, Python, or Ruby* Publishing experience a plus.
