Perform Business Analyst functions in the gathering of business requirements for JDE E1 ERP implementation projects, and in maintaining on-going business support.
· Perform in a Project Management role for some projects. Depending on the size of a project, this person may fill both roles.
· Primary focus is on E1 Supply Chain Execution (Logistics) and Management (Procurement) module. However, tasks will expand to other modules as needed.
· Develop and execute implementation test plans.
· Develop understanding of other related Avon solutions.
· Define, address, and prioritize issues and related operating procedures.
· Significant interaction with internal and external customers.
· Serve as a liaison between the business clients and external vendors and the IT application development, information delivery, and infrastructure teams.
· Assure that customer requirements are met and systems are in keeping with current and future IT direction.
· Develop and maintain project plans; insure that projects meet budget and time requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience.
Prior JDE E1 experience required.
