In this role, the individual will be responsible for analyzing business requests and processes, developing and implementing enhancements/solutions, supporting the environment and users. Essential Duties include:? Provide overall day to day development and technical support on: ImageRight (IR) systems; workflow, web services, Application Integrator scripts, e-mail receiver maintenance, Sentry support, and general scanner support, maintenance activities, performance monitoring / performance improvements. ? Develop integration between applications (back end) utilizing BizTalk. ? Develop and implement workflows. ? Develop front end integration (web parts).? Become an integral team member by working with all departments using ImageRight by analyzing their business process changes/requests, make recommendations as well as help in the imaging and assist in new department implementations as directed by the ECM Manager.? Develop and maintain ImageRight web based reporting tools and aid in the development of future metric reporting solutions.? Assist and conduct in general platform user acceptance testing and support as assigned by the ECM Manager.? Work with the ECM Manager on ImageRight projects and initiatives by providing support and taking on sub-projects:. Create, execute and maintain application training and testing documentation. Execute updates to the Workflow. Analyze and implement change requests. Analyze ImageRight's role within the different departments and recommend improvements.. Coordination of overall ImageRight initiatives with other global locations for global conformity. Provide support to Security officer(s) for new security requests or security audits. Provide support for Help Desk tickets
Experience: Qualifications:? Educational background - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or at least 4 years in IT related operations. ? 3-4 years of software development experience (Microsoft .Net / Visual Studio) including web applications and web services. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server required. Microsoft BizTalk experience is a plus. ? Experience with Enterprise Content Management applications or workflow systems.? The Windows System Engineer plays a leading role in the design, implementation and administration of the Microsoft based systems. Experience: 4 YEAR DEGREE
Candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years in an engineering capacity in a production environment with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, including Active Directory and VMWare.
Support experience should include in-depth use of VISIO, DHCP, WINS, DNS, VMWARE 3/ESX, NETBACKUP, VB SCRIPT, WMI, WSUS, SAV, SMS, MOM, SMTP, IMAP4, POP3, OWA, LCS, LAN/WAN EMC SAN and PowerPath.

This individual will support and maintain DART network infrastructure worldwide. The Senior Network Engineer will also responsible for but not limited to: Diagnose and resolve complex LAN/WAN problems; evaluate, load testing new and existing system and products; configure and maintain Cisco routers & switches; security Vulnerability assessment; support and maintain DNS infrastructure; design and implement network infrastructure for new data centers and offices; and configure and work with global & local Load Balancers.

Possess a solid understanding in networking fundamentals, the ISO 7 layer model, and TCP/IP
