    Responsibilities include:
    Resource management for day to day activity
    Customer relationship to understand business needs & Invision capabilities to meet the needs
    Personnel management : including goal setting, evaluations and perfomance management
    Developing standard operating procedures & monitoring compliance
    Working with leadership to implement resource & prject management tools
