Proactively learn, understand and analyze the investment workflows of new and
existing clients; and implement improved workflows using Products
and Services. Determine the client's business requirements to ensure that workflow,
data, software and hardware solutions meet those requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately record and track time spent working on client projects for billing
purposes.
- Effectively balance time between training, completing administrative tasks, and
performing billable work for clients.
- Accomplish tasks assigned on time and on budget.
- Accurately track and estimate duration and resources for all projects.
- Develop rapport with both internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through:
- Product or system issue resolution
- Population and validation of client data
- Configuration of imports/exports and integration into the overnight batch process
- Independently conduct
- Client workflow interviews
- UAT
- Parallel and system testing
- Provide On-site support for Implementation/Upgrade.
- Deliver customized workflow training.
- Provide remote support and resolution for client issues and concerns during
lifecycle of the project.
- Clearly and concisely document defects for product issues.
- Clearly and concisely document business requirements for client enhancement
requests.
- Provide on-time status reports to Project Managers for milestones and project
deliverables.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of internal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or financial discipline required. Masters in similar
field preferred.
- 7+ years Help Desk and/or Business Analysis experience in the financial services
software industry.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze a problem and consider methods for resolution.
- Knowledge of equity and fixed income trading and portfolio management,
specifically related to the XIP or Predator order management systems.
- Proven client service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with technology including: Windows 2000, NT, UNIX operating systems,
Sybase & SQL.
- Understanding of relational databases.
- Must be outgoing, assertive, and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel 50%.
