The successful candidate will be Responsible for overseeing a series of projects within a department or business unit.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technology Service online environment consists of P690s running AIX, Websphere Application Server, Websphere Commerce Server, and DB2. There is a storage area network (SAN) based on IBM's Shark and McData's fabric switch. The Windows environment is based on Intel servers and there is a legacy of Sun/Solaris, Oracle and ATG applications. Networking and security are based on Cisco products.

The QA team is responsible for the quality and performance testing of the various applications running on the diverse web site. The team works closely with the Development Team and the Project Management Office on approved scheduled projects. The performance test environment is Loadrunner 9.5 with QTP and Quality Center.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The Performance Tester will cultivate working relationships with various teams within the Technology Service Group and other divisions. These include:
. All members of the Technology Service Applications Development team.
. Members of the Technology Service Network Operations team.
. Members of the PMO team (e.g. Project Managers).
. Business units, backend systems, customer service teams, production support teams, external vendors and consultants.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Write and maintain Loadrunner scripts for various websites.
. Record and track defects.
. Make certain that the websites are performing to the agreed upon SLAs.
. Ensure that personal technical skills are kept up to date resulting in most effective use in the business place.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Position Summary
