POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Oracle/Peoplesoft HRMS Programmer Analyst requires extensive professional experience supporting PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9/9.0 and PeopleSoft Portal 9.0. S/he will have overall responsibility for documentation, design, programming, testing, and implementation.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The Senior Programmer Analyst works closely with Finance, Business and IT communities as well as internal business users and external vendors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Oversees documentation, overall design, programming, testing, and implementation.
. Proven experience partnering with business users to successfully interpret needs and fully understand requirements.
. Analyzes and processes solutions to problems using business and technical knowledge.
. Plans and meets business objectives while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
. Works with HRIS to test and gain user acceptance of all development.

Experience: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
. Extensive experience in the software development lifecycle methodology.
. Superior analytical, consultative, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9/9.0 and Portal 9.0. This includes North American Payroll, Time & Labor and HRMS tables, setup and functional/technical configuration.
. Wide-ranging knowledge and experience:
. designing and implementing self-service functions using the PeopleSoft Portal
. customizing PeopleSoft Portal 9.0.
. PeopleTools 8.47, 8.49
. Integration Broker, Application Messaging, SMTP Services
. Web Services development
. Component Interface
. XML Publisher
. PeopleCode and usage of Application Class
. Application Engine
. Change Assistant
. SQR
. Linux (desired)
