Desire to achieve expert level mastery of Java and Object Oriented design. Experience with a wide range of server side Java Web technologies, including XML, Spring, Serlvets, JSP, Tomcat. Experience with JDBC and SQL. Good communication skills. Strong work ethic. Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a positive attitude.What you'll be doing: Working with a senior Java developer, building server side components for a critical, customer facing, Flex application. Pluses: Experience building financial applications, especially fixed income. Java Swing, RMI, JMS.
