Location: New York, NYContractApply knowledge of Object Oriented Architecture and Design to create enterprise software solutions. Participate in design sessions where features, enhancements or bugs are discussed in professional and respectful manner. Develop high quality programs in C/C++, C#, Java and Perl with limited supervision. Collaborate with the team of finding every possible way to enhance existing enterprise systems. Write unit and functional tests. Perform performance tuning and debugging. Create necessary scripts for build, deployment, and support. Deliver working solutions in timely manner. Produce required documentation. Monitor deployed applications. Train production support personal on use of developed systems and enhanced functionality. Provide support by advising in the areas of expertise.Qualifications: Understanding of Object Oriented Architecture and Design. Experience in development and support of critical enterprise systems. Knowledge of operating systems: Linux and Windows. Knowledge of multi-threaded programming. At least 5 years of experience in C/C++ application development. Knowledge of other languages: C#, Java, Perl. Working knowledge of messaging middleware: TIBCO, 29West. Experience with networking protocols: TCP/IP and UDP. Understanding of relational databases and experience with Oracle & Sybase Problem solving capability and strong analytical skill Excellent interpersonal communication skills
