Work closely with Development and the Clients on requirement review and prompt follow-up on open questions.

Responsible for executing test scripts with a strong focus on teamwork and successful execution of the project.

The Client Experience User Interface Prototyper (the Prototyper) is responsible for producing interactive prototypes of the portal application interfaces developed by the TS Client Experience Team. These prototypes play a crucial role in the improvement of the usability of the product and constituent applications; they demonstrate how the UI meets business requirements, ensure shared understanding of business, usability and technical implications and provide guidance to development teams responsible for developing and testing final code.

The CE User Interface Prototyper collaborates closely with the User Interface Designers to translate page design schematics into working, coded prototypes that demonstrate the interrelationship of pages and behavior of individual page elements. The Prototyper works closely with the UI Lead(s) and the Content Management Lead to ensure that visual design, style and branding standards are upheld. The Developer also serves as a liaison between the CE team and the IT organizations in vetting technical feasibility of the interface design and resolving issues. Their expertise in front-end technology and interaction best practices ensure the interface is implemented in the most efficient manner and meets the highest standards of usability.

The CE Interface Prototyper is responsible for creating and delivering any graphical elements (animations, buttons, images, etc) required for the interface design. They are also responsible for working with the Content Management Lead to maintain the site audit screenshot library and for distributing screenshots, page code and graphical elements as needed by the business and technology teams. The CE Interface Prototyper maintains the CE development environment.

Prototype development (70%)

. Review market and competitive intelligence, business drivers, needs and strategies with business and technology partners to understand implications for existing or new interfaces; ensure customer point of view is represented in business, interface and technology decisioning; proactively identify opportunities to improve usability, streamline and optimize the client experience

This role is working on the NextGen application which provides both client and security reference data to a new global electronic securities trading platform for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch global Electronic Trading front office systems. ETD NextGen development team works very closely with our business and technology partners. Due to working closely with the front office, the nature and breadth of work performs within the ETD group demands that some support duties be undertaken. We are looking for a highly-motivated, self-managing individual with strong track record in data analysis and database development in a fast paced trading environment. This role is a data analyst / database developer with specific expertise in Client Reference data related to trade execution environment as part of the NextGen initiative.

The mission of the ETD (Electronic Trading Data) team is to design, build and support a global data platform for groups pursuing data and technology driven businesses. We enable automated execution of trades of multiple asset classes on electronic markets by providing reliable, timely and value-added data. We deliver data and infrastructure for trade execution reporting, strategy back-testing, trade horizon generation and trade wave construction as well as data and infrastructure for automated intraday market making and algorithmic trading. This project will involve building a new Order Mgt System. We'll need someone who understands, from the data point of view, someone who understands inputs from a order management perspective. Fix Protocol and parcing FIX codes is a key skill set. This new application will be built by analyzing existing data structures, information within them, why is the information there, and then determining a common theme to reconstruct a new application.
Experience: Key Objectives of Role:
. Work very closely with both technical and business people to understand the complex business logic and data relationships in our current systems.
. Analyze existing client reference databases, understand the underlying logic and develop tools to translate multiple sources into a single common client reference data object.
. Map a migration path from current multiple client reference data sources into a common store house.
