POSITION OVERVIEW
Core responsibility is to leverage Ann Taylor’s automated labor scheduling system (ATLAS) to build optimized schedules for Ann Taylor’s 900+ stores, partner with field leadership on education and change management and adjust configurations as needed to enhance the system.
Serves as the project manager for all configuration and training initiatives related to Ann Taylor’s automated labor scheduling system (ATLAS).
Responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures related to the labor scheduling system and schedule optimization.
Partners with Store Operations, Field Leadership, Finance, Human Resources and Information Systems to gather requirements and identify opportunities to optimize the workforce management system.
Leads functional testing efforts for system enhancements.
Assists in research and resolution of production support issues.
Keeps projects on track towards meeting milestones and achieving pre-defined goals.
Able to lead, leverage resources/tools, establish realistic plans, deliver on time within budget, identify and measure ROI on defined objectives and priorities.
Maximizes business acumen to identify and respond to trends in the business that may impact project.
Ability to provide performance based feedback to team members and beyond while effectively building collaborative relationships across the organization.
Effectively leveraged as a resource to assist in all project work and priorities.
Effectively communicates and escalates potential issues appropriately.
Identifies and leverages internal/external trends, resources and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years experience in retail, focusing on store operations and business analysis
Proven success of managing a technology rollouts in a retail environment
Exceptional writing, organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong Enthusiasm and commitment
Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing technologies
Experience with RedPrairie Workforce Management or related software a plus
