The Systems Operator will provide support to internal groups such as Customer Service and Account Teams for production issues and the Development and Product Teams for non-production issues. The Systems Operator requires candidate to work rotating shifts to provide the customers with the best service and support coverage. The candidate will need to be willing to work outside normal business hours under certain conditions and wear a pager when out of the office.
The Systems Operator will be responsible for providing phone, email and instant messaging assistance to first and second level support personnel. Major Purpose of Job:
The Product Management Systems Analyst will work in conjunction with the VP, Product Management on the development and distribution of technical specifications and related coding guidance for participants.
