Responsible for identifying and translating client product needs, and driving internal resources to meet needs accordingly. Emphasis is on managing multiple large projects independently. Ability to prioritize work based on clear understanding of business needs. Will have a significant role in completing product design, developing product specs, and testing products. Coordinate closely with senior members of team and other departments. Coordinate with Client Service department on presentations to clients and coordinate completion of training materials
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (Advertising, MIS or Computer Science preferred)
At least 5 years experience in Advertising Industry or Interactive Industry (adserver; rich media vendor)
At least 5 years in product development and design or systems analyst experience
Must possess a positive attitude and be a high energy self starter
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Must possess creative problem solving skills; Ability to think “outside the box”
Will take risks to the appropriate degree

Must be proficient and comfortable with various PC software and operating systems. Must possess ability to quickly master new applications; must have worked on other similar systems in-depth
Should be able to analyze and evaluate feature requests, coordinate prioritization of features list
Build effective relationships with Programmers, technical writers on team and with other internal resources.
Ability to envision what the product would do, based on client input
Demonstrated experience creating application from scratch
