Job Description:

DoubleClick is currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer to work at their NYC location. This individual will be part of a larger networking department and will support a Global Network.



Key responsibilities:

* Support and maintain DART network infrastructure worldwide

* Diagnose and resolve complex LAN/WAN problems

* Evaluate, load testing new and existing system and products

* Configure and maintain Cisco routers & switches

* Security Vulnerability assessment

* Support and maintain DNS infrastructure

* Design and implement network infrastructure for new data centers and offices

* Configure and work with global & local Load Balancers



Minimum Job Requirements / Skills:

* 5+ yrs experience with Cisco equipment (equivalent to CCNP or greater)

* Will be required to work some weekends and be part of ''on call'' schedule to support network off hours

* Minimal travel may be required as needed

* Solid understanding of LAN/WAN network operations, server load balancing and global traffic distribution systems

* Possess a solid understanding in networking fundamentals, the ISO 7 layer model, and TCP/IP.

* Solid understanding of Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Network(LAN) data communications systems and protocols.

* Knowledge of the fundamentals of the following: Bridging (Spanning Tree), Routing (RIP, OSPF, IGRP), IPSEC, wireless and TCP/IP protocols, Switched Ethernet and VLAN technologies. Serial WAN interfaces, DSU/CSUs, PPP, T1/T3 protocols, VPN technologies, Network Firewalls

* Requires a broad-based IT knowledge with familiarity of Unix, scripting language and Windows as it relates to networking

* Experience with using a network analyzer tool diagnosing TCP/IP issues



Optional Skills:

Any experience with Stonegate Firewall, F5 Bigip, F5 3DNS, Netscaler Application Switch would be a plus
