The individual filling this mid-level position will be responsible for continued enhancements to the company's Risk and Compliance management solutions for the financial services and banking sector. Our suite of applications is built on a J2EE-based n-tiered application framework, and utilizes best-of-breed middleware and integration infrastructure.

Experience: Technical Skills:
•2 - 5 years of non-academic software development experience in Java/J2EE (JSP/Struts/JavaScript/AJAX a strong plus)
•Database development experience with Oracle RDBMS
•Object Oriented Analysis and Design (UML)
•Experience on Wintel and/or UNIX platforms
Optional Skills:
•Experience with Hibernate or other O-R mapping frameworks
•IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM WebSphere Portal
•Financial services industry experience (investment management experience a strong plus)
•XML/XSL
•Oracle or DB2 DBA experience
•IBM AIX system administration experience
•Knowledge of workflow management systems (IBM MQ Workflow) and/or messaging/queuing systems (MQSeries)
Education Requirements
•BS/BA degree or academic background in computer sciences, math or engineering preferred
