Position Details

Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy PeopleSoft HR e-Apps Consultant. The chosen candidate for this position will be responsible for the support of PeopleSoft HCM v.8+ application. Experience in defining application and workflow scope for HCM eApps, The chosen candidate must be able to define requirements for HCM eApps business processes, plan and deliver client demonstrations and identify disposition gaps during fit/gap assessment. Additionally, you will possess strong skills and experience within the areas of process redesign, application configuration, design, data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities, as well as assist in project estimates for HCM eApps implementation project.
Knowledge & use of structured PM and application development methods,
Strong client relationships with client admin and mid-management levels.
PS HCM e-Apps v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality,

Oversee daily process functions and provide direction to staff. Support production activities and manage the activities of on-site contractors.
