Position Details

Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy PeopleSoft HR e-Apps Consultant. The chosen candidate for this position will be responsible for the support of PeopleSoft HCM v.8+ application. Experience in defining application and workflow scope for HCM eApps, The chosen candidate must be able to define requirements for HCM eApps business processes, plan and deliver client demonstrations and identify disposition gaps during fit/gap assessment. Additionally, you will possess strong skills and experience within the areas of process redesign, application configuration, design, data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities, as well as assist in project estimates for HCM eApps implementation project.
Knowledge & use of structured PM and application development methods,
Strong client relationships with client admin and mid-management levels.
PS HCM e-Apps v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality,
PS HR v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality.
Experience in defining application and workflow scope for HCM eApps,


COMPENSATION
$90K - 120K

Experience: Qualfications
Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
3 years of hands-on experience managing PeopleSoft HCM v8.8 application.
2 full full lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of one or more PeopleSoft HCM application along with automated workflow..
Qualified candidates must have most recently worked in the capacity of PeopleSoft Functional Consultant. Previous projects should have also included implementation of one or more PS applications: HR, Benefits Admin, Payroll, and/or Time & Labor for clients with 5,000 or more employees.
