The Crystal Reports Specialist designs, develops and implements reporting solutions for IT staff and internal business units.
1. Organizes and develops reports for business use
2. Works with IT staff on internal business units to distribute reports used for training
3. Reviews reports and identifies issues called into the IT Solutions Center
4. Researches software products to ensure compatibility with intranet and provide real time reporting
5. Trains staff members on ad hoc reporting
6. Publishes weekly, monthly and year end reports
7. Serves as a technical resource to the IT staff and internal clients
Experience: 1. Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of equivalent work experience
2. 0-1 year of management experience preferred
3. 3-5 years Crystal Reports design and development required
4. Proficient in Business Objects XI or Crystal Server XI
5. Familiarity with SQL
