Position Summary

Position Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify and verify requirements and specifications. This position will provide this service as directed by the project stakeholders directly to the business, technology and end users. It is the intention as part of the CAMP project to phase the transformation of the application to a .NET based architecture which will eliminate the reliance on the current framework based on the Foundation for Cooperative Processing (FCP).
There are three major sections of functionality that are to be isolated and re-engineered as part of a phased implementation. This expenditure request is to establish the three core teams that will supplement current state resources to re-architect and implement the updated subsystems.
Role:
The Programmer is needed to perform technical activities related to writing the instruction code using WCF, WPF and .Net, and testing modules and components. These individuals will work with the CAMP transformation of the application to a .NET based architecture, eliminating the reliance on the current framework based on the Foundation for Cooperative Processing (FCP). They will participate in the integration of components and linking the new architecture to the existing FCP platform to ensure functionality is correctly developed.
Skill Sets:
There is a scarcity of resources within the current work-force that have the high level of skills required to develop and maintain a large-scale complex web application using WPF, WCF and knowledge of linking into older frameworks, such as FCP 4.1.
Experience: Mandatory
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) and three years related field or six years direct experience in IT software development. (
Desirable Experience
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Three years experience working with project staff (both program and technical staff) in the development of application software in a Client Server environment using an "N-tiered" methodology based on defined technical designs.
3. Four or more years experience in one or more of the following design/development tools:
IIS, .Net 2.0+, ASP.NET, BIZTALK.
4. At least one year of experience in one or more of the following design/development tools:
WCF, WPF, ExpressionsBlend

Treasury Project Manager in New York, NY
This extremely high profile position will be responsible for reporting to the Treasury Chief Operating Officer, as a Project Manager for our global Treasury department.
