We have an immediate need for a Enterprise Application Integration Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree (masters degree preferred) from an accredited college or university in technology related field and six or more years of application integration experience
Experience with creating and managing application architectures
Experience with developing architectural solutions for integration of various software/application components to meet business requirements
Experience with architecture, design and development of component level integration in a large system using programming tools, and/or data management/connectivity tools
Scripting on SUN / Solaris and Windows Server platforms
Programming languages - .NET, Java, UNIX Shell
Oracle and MS SQL Server database platforms
Familiar with MS Project or other Project Management Tools
Project Management skills
Good communication (verbal and written) skills
Team player and leadership skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Architect's role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs and applications into the organization's information systems.
This individual is also responsible for testing the interoperability of application modules under development by in-house software development teams.
Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a thorough knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
EAI should have hands-on experience with various software tools used for system integration, and additionally have an analytical mind-set.
