Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and create reporting tools used by senior management.
Work closely with the management and support team to compile weekly and monthly reports
Serve as technical contact for various departmental projects
Examine current processes for automation opportunities
Monitor and record change controls
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must have:
Advanced working knowledge of MS Access and Excel tools. Knowledge of SQL Server and VBA is a plus
MS Project and analytical skills as identified in previous process improvements
Demonstrated history of developing solutions to improve business performance/management.
Ability to take abstract ideas and translate/convert into metrics/MIS/presentations for management
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and previous project planning work
Independent thinking and creativity and able to work in a team environment
Strong use/experience of Reporting Tools
Data & file extract and reformatting experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
