Basic Function:
As part of M&T’s Central Technology division the Project Analyst III will participate in the gathering and analysis of information for defining functional requirements, functional designs, development and implementation of the final project. BASIC FUNCTION:
As part of M&T’s Data Center Operations the Output Distribution Operator would be part of a team providing customer service to all departments within the bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Output Distribution Operator operates high-speed Mainframe Data Center printers and peripheral equipment associated with the printing of Bank reports and Customer Statements.
Provides customer service to all departments in the bank by printing and distributing their output requirements
Ensures top quality output is being produced, especially statements and checks going to outside bank customers
Performs report reprints as required via the Report Distribution system
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires CRT/PC and/or terminal knowledge
Familiar with DP terminology
Operation skills and organizational abilities necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of a high school diploma
Ability to lift 50lb boxes
