The role of the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is to provide direction and management of steady-state support within Service Delivery, establishing a disciplined framework for communications, procedures, contracted activities, and addressing production issues.
The individual will own all aspects of delivering Web Hosting services as outlined in contracts and DOU's. The individual must have the ability to lead cross functional teams. Strong written and oral communications are key as the individual will be required to lead conference calls with technical and Customer teams. The SDM should have the ability to manage multiple accounts , service quality, performance standards, measurement ,
change / problem control within their account(s) ensuring high client satisfaction. This position requires a good high level knowledge of web hosting, but more importantly, demonstrated delivery experience on critical accounts.
