The IT Project manager is responsible for managing a project portfolio for the Global Warehouse and Distribution area of ITS. The candidate must be able to manage major projects with a global client base in a matrixed format.
Additional responsibilities include:
.Responsible for delivery of all aspects of a project
.Partner with the Business project leader to accomplish the project
.Identify technology implications for business needs
.Work closely with Development Centers
.Deliver solutions according to the company's SDLC process
.Communicate / Report project progress related to schedule, work performed and finance
.Suggest and obtain IT project members as needed
.Manage Scope / Risks / Issues and quality for the projectRequirements
The Project manager must have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment across all levels of the organization. Superior problem solving and issue resolution skills are required. The candidate must possess an ability to manage user expectations and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills required.
.Minimum of 7 years experience in business systems analysis, development or system support experience Extensive knowledge of supply chain and warehouse functions, applications and systems
.Minimum of 3 years experience in project team leadership
.Bachelors degree required, PMI Certified is a plus
.Successful experience in integrating Manhattan Associates WM for Open Systems
.Travel as needed
