Adecco IT Melville has immediate need for a Business Analyst to liaise between the Adecco business population and Salesforce.com to develop / manage document requirements gathering and specifications to meet business needs for a Salesforce.com rollout. Prepare detail designs specifications of Salesforce.com. Write reports to extract data. Will provide configuration settings and options and Salesforce.com features and functions- screens, workflows, reports to meet the business needs. Plan, unit, integration and UAT Testing -prepare and coordinate test scripts and rollout plans. Salesforce.com implementation experience is ideal.
Responsibilities:
. Analyzing current initiatives and processes
. Gather requirements and documenting technical specifications
. Working with designers and partnering with the implementation team
. Implementing Salesforce.com across the United States
Experience: Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 or more years of experience (preferably in the staffing industry), a technical undergraduate degree and a Bachelor's degree. Hands-on experience is critical.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Processes in a retail environment.
Looking for BAs who have worked with CRM's such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP or Siebel.
Job location: Melville, NY (Suffolk County, Long Island) - The job requires a minimum of flexibility for business trips in the United States.
Salary range: $65K to $95K depending on experience and matching requirements.
