BASIC FUNCTION:
As part of M&T’s Consumer Credit Risk division, the MIS Analyst III would analyze data pertaining to department, developing spreadsheets/reports and making recommendations for submission to management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for database maintenance and development/programming of complex reports and spreadsheets
Will create and maintain medium to complex tables and databases from a variety of input source types
Will need to understand and analyze data pertaining to department and advise clients as to most efficient/accurate access methods
Always a team member, may act as team leader on various departmental projects
Performs routine and ad-hoc tasks in a timely manner
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or above in Information Systems or have at least 5 years experience in related environment
Thorough knowledge of MS Office products, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports 9.0 and later
Expert in PC and/or mainframe programming, developing/testing and implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present to a target audience
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
PC and/or mainframe SAS programming experience
MBA preferred
