Premier Investment Management Leader is seeking an exceptional individual to join their Quality Control team. Specific Responsibilities:
- Work with various internal front and back office departments to address product/service issues.
- Define and implement effective corrective actions and monitor post-implementation effectiveness.
- Routine interaction with Quality Control managers.
- Initiation of change documentation.
- Preparation of quality reports.
- Developing policies and procedures which affect operational and compliance status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or related discipline
(will consider an Associate's degree with significant financial services experience)
- One to three years financial service experience in a Quality Assurance or similar type role is required
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently, as well as part of a diverse team.
- Able to set and meet aggressive timelines
- Willingness to handle day-to-day quality system issues by taking an active role in defining issues and proposing solutions.
- Logical and analytical problem solver; troubleshoot issues, understand technical issues, sound reasoning and judgment.
- Computer proficiency is required.
