• Experience with DELL computers 80% is Dell Warranty repair work. You will be asked to complete 36 Dell certifications on line from home as part of your training prior to starting any work on Dell computers.
• You must have Great customer service skills and work with end customers regarding their computer problems
• We are looking for sharp, well spoken, ambitious individuals to complete 5-7 service calls per day (Monday-Friday only).
• Repairs can include replacing hard drives, motherboards and in some cases printer parts, mostly Lexmark models. You MUST have hands on expereince taking them apart and putting them back together
• You will be required to start at the client location to pick up tickets and warranty parts than drive to the calls that are assigned to them. Most calls are 20 miles out. Some will be more and some will be less.
• You will run their calls throughout the day and return all closed tickets. If you could not close the call you will be asked to return the parts and reschedule the calls.

As a Technology Program Manager on the Real Estate Program, you
will be responsible for partnering with internal business leadership to bring technology-based solutions to bear on broad business goals. As a Technology Program Manager on the Real Estate Program, you
will be responsible for partnering with internal business leadership to bring technology-based solutions to bear on broad business goals. You will shape and guide technology projects - in terms of project strategy, approach and deliverables - to fulfill the business's agreed requirements. This will involve participation in the refinement of product strategy, definition and resource planning for major technology projects, selection of vendors (for hardware, software and consulting services), standards definition and review of project deliverables, and overall program management. The program will implement a complex system architecture that includes ETL tools for collecting, standardizing and moving large volumes of property investment information, workflow tools for improving process efficiencies and controls, and a multi-layer systems stack that addresses the unique functional requirements of property data aggregation, private equity fund accounting and administration, portfolio analytics, and investor reporting.
For an evolving, expanding and often interrelated array of technology projects, the Program Manager is also expected to:
