Experience: Install and debug Operating Systems software and software patches. Configure Operating Systems and supported application software. Modify Operating Systems and supported application software. Install, configure, and implement new hardware into environment. Provision hardware to satisfy user requirements and projects. Design and implement complex technical software and hardware solutions. Work with team to plan assignments and recommend tasks that will need to be accomplished. Work with Systems development, Operations, and Vendor supplied consultants to implement technical solutions. Design, Develop and implement reports on systems capacity and utilization using the information obtained to make recommendations. Lead other team members and other departments solving problems including participating in a 7/24/365 production environment. Recommend workflow and process changes to improve productivity. Document work processes and operating environments. Perform work according to documented standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices. Plan for and participate in Disaster Recovery Tests. Attend and actively participate in meetings and other planning sessions regarding all job functions. Attend education to stay abreast of best practices and current technology. Prepare and present presentations regarding technology or process upgrades. Report on time worked.
