Description Business Analyst/PMO Work with Bank business units to refine business requirements, define functional specifications, and provide ongoing support.Specific responsibilities include: Function as a business analyst and keep current the Banks applications, user and vendor universes, and relevant processes and controls Document business requirements Document functional specifications, including workflow, business rules, and use cases Assist with QA/Testing Assist in resolving end user issues including, but not limited to, technology outages, inquiries, and entitlements concerns Required skills: Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint Strongly detail oriented, organized, and analytical; good problem solving skills Performance oriented and highly motivated Desired skills: Technical background in development and/or infrastructure Experience in banking environment a plus Experience in accounting practices and terminology
