ACS has nationwide opportunities for Solution Consultants with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (i.e. Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP) experience.
Duties:
- Lead team of consultants and subcontractors, and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of ERP integrated solutions.
-Manage business requirements, issue resolution, resource allocation, training and project time lines.
- Interact with client to define systems strategy, develop system requirements and implement practical business solutions.
- Conduct system strategy, design & training methodology and support procedures for the implementation of ERP packages.
- Develop and maintain system configuration and functional design documents.
- Support role based profile changes to meet client business requirements.
- Identify engagement follow-up opportunities and offer solutions for business problems.
- Integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment.
- Develop scripts for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Utilize ERP software project management to complete these tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience implementing, upgrading ERP applications as a Senior Consultant.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with all levels of client personnel.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent presentation skills with heavy experience utilizing PowerPoint and other Presentation software; experienced in presenting to large and/or senior-level audiences.
- Self-motivating and self-directed.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and opportunity analysis.
- Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
- Up to 80% travel is required for this position, but relocation is not.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience.
