Experience:
. 3 - 4 years Responsibilities Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, optimization and maintenance of Avaya PBX environment.
Deployment and support of IP Telephony infrastructure and applications, which
Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connections messaging and Cisco IPT end-points.
Participate as part of team responsible for project planning and upgrades to
network infrastructure and IP Telephony systems.
Maintain and update Cisco IPT and Legacy PBX support documentation.
Audit telephony systems for security and standards compliance.
Provide user support and communicate with vendor support personnel.
Travel occasionally required supporting a variety of corporate locations including
international destinations.
Projects involved with:
. Global installation of CIPT
. CIPT integration with Legacy systems
