UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Computer Technician to join our New York City team. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of four years experience as a Personal Computer Technician. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:1) Work independently as a technician resource person in troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem resolution of personal computer operations, peripheral devices and connectivity to local & wide area networks.2) Perform optimization of personal computer operating system; apply OS patches, troubleshoot communication of devices.UNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC is an enterprise integration company focused at delivering IT solutions to both government agencies and commercial entities.
