SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Manage global business intelligence (BI) solution delivery and support for a major function area (either in Sales or North America depending upon qualifications and fit). It includes a BI team of 3-6 direct report staff developers in Westchester as well as consultant developers based in India.
Also, manage matrixed IT resources to deliver project and support assignments.
Manage business and IT client relationships and communications
Understand, develop and promote the enterprise BI strategy with business partners. Execute solution delivery and support activities consistent with principles and intent of the strategy.
Provide high quality, responsive on-going support and maintenance for global BI solutions
Develop staff talent and capability to enable high quality solution delivery and support.Requirements3 years or more of strong project management in delivering IT application solutions
3 years or more data warehousing design and development experience
3 years or more application development experience
3 years or more international client support and trouble shooting experience
3 years or more SQL and PL/SQL development experience
7 years or more total IT solution delivery experience
Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills and the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
Good verbal and written communications skills
Objective-oriented with dedication and commitment to the job duties.
4-year degree preferred or equivalent.
