Job Description
As a member of a cross-functional team, you will design, code, test, maintain and support mid-tier components for DoubleClick's DART ad-serving systems using Java technologies. You will be working with a dynamic team on one of our client-facing applications. You will interact with UI developers, product managers, usability engineers, documentation writers, quality assurance analysts and clients.
Required experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years work experience
- Core Java and server-side JEE technologies; in particular, JDBC and Servlets
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, JSP, and Web Services
- Object oriented software development
- Java UI framework development experience, such as Struts, Tapestry, or JSF
- Knowledge of common web technologies, such as HTTP, HTML, XML, DNS, etc.
Optional experience
- C#, ASP .NET
- Agile software development processes; in particular, Scrum
- Test driven development
- Large scale web application development
- Full software lifecycle
Job responsibility and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
