The individual filling this position will be responsible for continued enhancements to the company's Risk and Compliance management solutions for the financial services and banking sector. Non-technical Skills:

Experience: Technical Skills:
•1 - 3 years of non-academic software development experience in Java/J2EE (JSP/Struts/JavaScript/AJAX a strong plus)
•SQL
•Experience on Wintel and/or UNIX platforms
Optional Skills (please indicate which of these you possess):
•Object Oriented Analysis and Design (UML)
•J2EE application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, etc.)
•Database development experience with Oracle RDBMS
•Experience with Hibernate or other O-R mapping frameworks
•XML/XSL
Education Requirements
•BS/BA degree or academic background in computer sciences, math or engineering preferred
