We are seeking Senior Retek Consultants. Candidates will have worked with Retek applications for at least 5 years in an analyst capacity (functional/configuration), delivered multiple full lifecycle implementations of Retek software and served as the lead analyst for their given business/application area (e.g., RMS). As the lead analyst, candidate should have led a team in their given business/application area - directing the day-to-day activities of one or more junior consultants.
The Retek Consultant is responsible for producing work products that support a major consulting engagement as well as leading and directing medium sized consulting engagements. The Consultant works with client organizations to help them understand and take the best advantage of enterprise-wide business, organizational, functional and information technology strategies. The Consultant provides frequent communications to the principal or practice leader regarding progress of the consulting engagement as well as assessing alternatives regarding critical judgments and substantive issues relative to the engagement.
Experience: worked with the Retek applications for at least 5 years in an analyst capacity (functional/configuration)
delivered multiple (i.e., more than one) full lifecycle implementations of Retek software
has served as the lead analyst for their given business/application area (e.g., RMS)
as the lead analyst, has led a team in their given business/application area - directing the day-to-day activities of one or more junior consultants (other than self).
Project Lead experience.
