Managing Consultant, Business Strategy - Oil & Gas in New York, NY

Any core city 100% travel M-TH/F
Business development, delivery, and team management for Business Strategy to OIL/GAS industry (25% sales, 75% delivery). Includes business case development, planning execution, determining technical feasibility, cost of strategic options, etc. Will provide thought leadership based on knowledge and experience. Will be responsible for planning/managing engagements or workstreams as defined by the client contract. Will mentors and manage other consultants who gather facts (primary, secondary data), analyzing the client s business (competitors, customers, markets, value propositions, operational models, etc), drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving the presentation.

Experience: MBA highly preferred
Min.8-10 years experience in some combination of Sales, Strategy, and Project Management
Combination of Oil & Gas Industry experience and Consulting (5 years industry / 5 years consulting or some mix thereof)
Consulting experience in business strategy/planning, financial planning/management, new product development, portfolio planning/management, customer/channel management
Business development experience - selling large-scale business strategy engagements
