Q/A Q/C Analyst
generate clear and concise test documents from business requirements and detailed specs - MUST be able to derive business requirements when documentation is unavailable -person should be outgoing self starter
4+ years of testing exp. with at least 3+ years of financial applications exp. and solid understanding of data modeling - be able to communicate clearly with the Team Lead and other project members on project status and other issues -good understanding of SDLC as it relates to Q/A Experience: create test plans for assigned projects
develop test cases based on business requirements,functional and technical specs,and development standards for assigned projects
create complex SQL queries to validate data from DB2
maintain existing test plans and test casesbased on code changes and enhancements
track issues and work with project managers and developers to resolve issues
create and send issue reports to project team and management during test cycles - strong communication and followup skills
ability to decipher requirements and test scope when documentation is unavailable - work independently
ability to create screen designs / mock-upsand report definitions
Skills in MS Office, ability to create documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations
MS Visio and MS Project skills - ability to create /present reports and presentations -good understanding of SDLC
BA/BS required
Pluses are any Wealth Management /Asset Management exp.
