Senior Consultant-Telecom Revenue Assurance and Cost Reduction advisory services
Our client, one of the largest professional services firm in the world, is seeking to expand its
team of consultants help ing telecommunication (wire, wireline, MSO, VoIP) companies enhance
their revenues, contain costs, increase profits, improve operational efficiencies, and meet
regulatory compliance requirements.

Technical Skill Required:

Knowledge and understanding of network service provider revenue systems, suppliers, partners
and outsourcers. Specifically the end-to-end network service provider. revenue stream.
Understanding of voice, data and internet telecommunications in order to assess revenue leakage
and business improvement opportunities
Demonstrated expertise in key business process skills, such as workflow and process analysis
Data manipulation & interrogation/analysis skills
Flowcharting (eg visio) & audit process & controls experience.

Business Skill Required:

Ability to support the preparation of written proposals and presentations within established
quality control standards.
Ability to design and present information seminars aimed at increasing business.
Demonstrated professional credibility (e.g., speaking, publishing, serving in leadership positions
in professional organizations, expanding certifications).
Keen and ambitious, fast to move, entrepreneurial approach to consulting to telecom companies.
Demonstrated knowledge in core telecommunication processes such as; Customer Acquisition,
Sales and Ordering, Activation, Network Performance and Monitoring, Service Quality, Billing,
Customer Care, Finance, and Supply Chain.
The ability to conduct audits of the end-to-end billing process, find discrepancies, and then
identify the process gaps that cause the discrepancies.
The ability to identify and quantify risks, gaps, weaknesses, and strengths in an organization's
business processes.
Significant experience as a practice builder.
Demonstrated project management skills and team leadership skills.
